My Boys Season 2
The second season of the comedy series My Boys premiered on 28th November 2006. The season had a total of nine episodes. In the first episode of the season, Stephanie is surprised to find who PJ’s mystery man is. While back home in Chicago, the boys find themselves disoriented without the guidance of PJ. Bobby and Brendan compete with one another to gain Elisa’s attention. Meanwhile PJ’s friends are attracted towards Kenny leaving Mike disappointed. The boys hold a shirt making competition to compete for free drinks for a month while PJ tries to write a book about a noted player who is least interested in the project. Brendan takes self-diagnosis classes after becomes unemployed and depressed while Bobby announces his engagement to Elisa.
Meanwhile Stephanie’s book is released and becomes a huge success. Mike is annoyed that Kenny is such a hot favorite among women while the boys are disappointed to learn that Stephanie used them as characters in her book. PJ is unhappy at not being allowed to attend Bobby’s bachelor’s party and instead being told to go to Elisa’s bridal shower. Finally she reveals her feelings to Bobby while his brother Jack is bowled over by PJ. PJ is confused about whether she should go ahead with the relation with Jack or not. Meanwhile Andy and Meredith decide to go for marriage counseling. The gang moves to California for Bobby’s wedding where Mike meets an older woman. PJ tries to hide the truth of her relationship with Jack from Bobby. In the final episode of the season that was telecast on 7th August 2008 the gang including PJ replaces Jack as the best men, after his sudden departure from the wedding. Mike wants to know Maggie better while peace is restored between Stephanie and Kenny.
Seasons Top Ranked Episode – Dinner Party
This was the second episode of the season and was aired on 19th June 2008. In this episode Andy and Meredith hire a new nanny who is from Sweden. Her sexy good-looks make all the boys compete amongst themselves to gain her attention. However, in the end it is Bobby who turns out to be the lucky guy. Stephanie organizes a dinner party to meet new men while PJ tries to set up Mike and Kenny with two of her friends. However, Mike feels disappointed and let down when the girls show their interest only in Kenny.
