Jamie and Mike Visit Famous Ballparks Of America!

Jamie and Mike work together in the hit series My Boys, one playing a Casanova, the other playing someone, who is in a way romantically challenged, but in the end finds his way.

Though they both play two opposites in My Boys episodes, they still have something in common – their love for baseball. And this love has brought them together to jointly host a series, On Deck with Jamie and Mike.

The show is based on baseball, and is not one of those hardcore sports shows that go deep into the history of the sport or of its players, but instead, is a light-hearted show, where we see Mike and Jamie taking us around some of the best ballparks in 3D!

They do not use Pixar or any high-end technology, but just a simple and basic one. They use Panasonic’s AG-3DA1 3D camcorder, edit it on final cut pro, and voila! You get a nice 3D show in the end.

You must be wondering why a 3D thing for a baseball show, so I must tell you that it is not just a regular baseball show that talks about all stale stuff, but instead, these guys give us a peek a boo into various places which are off-limits for locals.

They take us inside various clubhouses, scoreboards, and even Fenway’s ‘Green Monster’, and that’ why a 3D view is important. They even take rounds in trolleys, kayaks, and Segways! Boy, that must be fun!

If you think that shooting these was easy, you couldn’t be more wrong, because shooting with these camcorders requires a lot of expertise and involves a lot of technicalities. But for us, the biggest reason to watch the show will always be the two handsome hunks hosting it!
