At long last the much awaited decision has finally been made: TBS has cancelled My Boys!!

Well, this has broken the hearts of millions of fans across the world, who access My Boys download or used to watch the show during the scheduled airing timings.

I don’t think My Boys deserved such a treatment. Even the last season of My Boys has not concluded as a finale. Titled ‘My Men’, the last episode will serve as a finale of the series instead of the season finale, as the creators did not expect the show to be suddenly cancelled.

In this episode, PJ will be seen turning down a job offer in Boston and Kenny along with Stephanie would leave for London. Mike will tie the knot with his latest girlfriend. But the series will leave many questions unanswered.

My Boys episodes faced cancellation as it faced stiff competition with ‘Keeping Up with the Kardashians’ and ‘Mad Men’. I seriously doubt the criterion for selection of television shows by TBS as a much inferior show ‘Are We There Yet’ has been granted permission for 90 episodes!

My Boys was one of the first comedy series, picked by TBS in 2006. The show had a unique theme and was able to stick on its theme for years to come. Teenagers loved to watch My Boys episodes online or on their TV sets, as it’s related to their lifestyle.

I feel really bad for Jordana Spiro and Kyle Howard as they had to drop their new projects as they were under the obligation of a contract with TBS and My Boys. It was really shocking when TBS didn’t grant permission for the continuation of the series.

Kyle Howard faced a similar situation as he had been offered a role in another new series ‘Perfect Couple’ where he has been replaced by Kyle Bornheimer.

Yes, it’s true!! Recently, Jim Gaffigan presented a standup comedy at Cape Cod Melody Tent and he made the evening much more hilarious than his role in My Boys episodes. He began the evening by saying, “I’m wearing black tonight because that’s easier than working out. The potbellied comedian Jim Gaffigan finds stuffing himself with fast food far easier than using exercising equipment. He made this pretty clear to the audience at the Tent as they were rolling with laughter.

Further, he said that he feels it pointless to hire a personal trainer; instead one should hire someone who constantly reminds you that you are looking good!! Quite hilarious!! I just wish I was there to have a dose of live entertainment. But sadly, the only option left for me is to watch My Boys episodes online and enjoy Gaffigan’s comedy there. At Melody Tent, Gaffigan further entertained his audience by saying that workouts are useless as you exercise like a storm and when the process is over, you find that you have just lost 50 calories which is equivalent to ‘smelling a Big Mac.’
